This is Alaska's fastest and simplest divorce path:

1. Confirm Alaska domicile (no minimum duration)
2. Inventory all marital and separate property
3. Draft and finalize the Separation Agreement; both sign and notarize
4. Complete all forms including the Affidavit of Uncontested Divorce — signed by both parties
5. File all documents at Alaska Superior Court; pay $250
6. No hearing required — court reviews paperwork administratively

Marital Real Property

• Legal description; agreed FMV; mortgage balance; marital equity
